The Guest Experience Gap is a first-of-its-kind industry report developed by Frogslayer to explore the disconnect between customer expectations and operational realities across the hospitality and entertainment sectors.
I led the end-to-end content development and execution of this 100+ page report, working cross-functionally to transform complex data into a clear, compelling narrative. This included close collaboration on data analysis and synthesis, ensuring insights were not only accurate but meaningful and actionable for business leaders.
Beyond content, I oversaw the full creative and production process—from structuring the report and shaping its messaging to directing design and ensuring a cohesive visual identity throughout. I also managed project timelines, coordinated stakeholders, and drove the report from initial concept through final production and print.
To support launch and distribution, I developed and executed the surrounding marketing campaign, including LinkedIn ads and promotional content, positioning the report as a flagship thought leadership asset for Frogslayer.
The result was a highly polished, insight-driven publication that established a new benchmark for industry reporting within Frogslayer’s space and served as a cornerstone piece for brand awareness and demand generation.
